    • What is 8272 Convenient Service?

      In many cases, citizens have problems claiming for inconveniences for they are not sure where to contact. 8272 Convenient Service is design for the purpose of resolving these problems by dialing a number easy to remember, which is toll free. This service remedies time and economic inconveniences, promotes improvement of living standard, and meets the need of citizens.

      Adopting 119 system, resolve all inconveniences by dispatching staff within 30 minutes after claim is reported.

      • Operation: began from September 4, 2006
      • Phone Number: 080-590-8272
      • Team: 17 teams (1 team for general administration/16 mobile teams)
      • Operation Hours: 24 hours reporting/resolving
        • Day Time: Dispatch specialized teams for inconvenience claims (09:00-21:00)
        • Night Time: Hand over tasks which are impossible to be remedied on the day of report to 09:00 on the next day
      • What to do: As soon as claim is reported, dispatch staff to the spot as soon as possible
      • Trifle Inconveniences & Emergency: Mobile inconvenience-remedy team resolves problems at once
      • Time-Consuming Inconveniences: After first-aid treatment, give fundamental treatment by the team in charge
